- Robust Revenue Growth We achieved double-digit annual turnover growth of 29%, extending our remarkable streak of 22 consecutive years of sustained business expansion. This consistent upward trajectory demonstrates the strength of our business model, strategic supplier relationships, and ability to adapt to evolving market needs.

- Explosive Growth in Refurbished Devices Refurbished device volumes more than doubled year-on-year, driven by increasing demand for sustainable, cost-effective alternatives to new hardware. Our rigorous quality control processes—comprehensive diagnostics, GDPR-compliant data wipes, and a standard 1-year warranty—ensure these devices meet high standards, making them a trusted choice for enterprise, education, and public-sector deployments. This segment not only supports partner budgets but also aligns with growing circular economy priorities, helping reduce e-waste and carbon footprints.

- Expanding B2B Customer Base Our active client portfolio now exceeds 500 organisations, with 150 new customers added in 2025 alone. These additions span value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSPs), enterprise clients, public-sector bodies, network operators, high-street and online retailers, and insurance channels. This broad and growing reach reflects the confidence partners place in our ability to deliver reliable supply and tailored support.

- Enhanced Inventory and Operational Capacity We have significantly strengthened inventory depth and operational infrastructure, ensuring greater availability of both new and refurbished stock. Combined with our UK-based warehousing in Feltham (near Heathrow), this enables fast fulfilment, including same-day dispatch and late cut-off shipping via DPD and FedEx.

- Rising Order Volumes Total order volumes increased by 11%, highlighting stronger partner engagement and sustained demand across our distribution network. We continue to process over 1,000 orders daily, supported by more than 150 dedicated team members.

- Investment in People and Sustainability Ongoing recruitment and training initiatives have bolstered our team's expertise and capacity to deliver exceptional service. At the same time, our increased focus on refurbished devices contributes meaningfully to sustainability goals, promoting resource efficiency and supporting partners in meeting ESG and circular economy objectives.
